Lok Hup Workshop, Sunday, July 7, 2019 and Long Weekend Class Schedule

Some of you have asked about the July 1st long weekend schedule. All classes will run as usual through the long weekend. If you're up for a workout, I'll look forward to seeing you at class!

The theme for July's workshop will be Lok Hup Ba Fa. We'll be diving into this set once more for review and polishing. If you've studied this set in the past, then this workshop is appropriate for you! If you haven't let me know that you're coming, please confirm so I can plan the day.
